At RTR Vehicles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lifestyle apparel and gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is scanned to begin the verification process.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
